BASE little black book was an editorial and reportage piece about community, small unique businesses and happenstance in and around BASE properties neighborhood. The focus of this journal was on the unreported stories, not much discussed intrigues in the neighborhood. The quality of the publication was meant to be non-precious, free — monetary and journalistic wise.
